In this remarkable undertaking, 100,000 personalized video messages of appreciation have been crafted using artificial intelligence (AI), emphasizing the significance of individual recognition in collective success.

After a successful 2023, during which Publicis led the market in various key indicators such as organic growth, financial KPIs, new business ventures, and ESG initiatives, the company has decided to revolutionize corporate communication and personalization through artificial intelligence in the new year.
Utilizing its Marcel platform, Publicis has managed to gather and connect data about its employees, generating personalized messages that resonate with individual interests and passions. In each video, Arthur Sadoun, CEO of Publicis, along with other rotating figures from the company, addresses a specific employee.
